Connect your carriers once and QuicShop does the rest — comparing rates for every order, generating the label, and sending tracking to your customer on WhatsApp. No separate shipping app, no extra bill.
Connect your carriers
- Go to Settings → Shipping.
- Click Connect next to Shiprocket and sign in to authorise it.
- Confirm your pickup address — this is where couriers collect parcels.
Shiprocket routes across multiple carriers, so you get rate comparison across couriers through a single connection.
Set package defaults
Rates depend on weight and size, so set sensible defaults to get accurate quotes:
- Default package weight and dimensions.
- Per-product weight on heavier or bulkier items.
How rate comparison works
When you go to ship an order, QuicShop checks your connected carriers for the destination pincode and shows the available services with their rates and estimated delivery times. The cheapest valid option is highlighted, and you can pick a different one if you prefer faster delivery.
Generate a label
- In Orders, open one that’s ready to ship.
- Choose a courier from the compared rates.
- Click Generate label — the shipping label and manifest are created in one tap, and pickup is scheduled with the carrier.
Tracking on WhatsApp
Once the label is created, QuicShop pushes the tracking link to your customer automatically over WhatsApp, and updates the order status as the shipment moves.
