DPDP compliance
Scope
This notice explains how QuicHub Innovations LLP acts as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) for personal data processed through QuicShop. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and why.
Where a seller uses QuicShop to process their own customers' personal data, the seller is the Data Fiduciary and QuicShop acts as a Data Processor on their instructions.
Your rights
As a Data Principal you may:
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we process about you and how we process it.
- Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, where processing rests on consent.
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf.
- Raise a grievance with the officer named below.
Write to the Grievance Officer to exercise any of these. We respond within 30 days.

Escalation
If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India as provided under the DPDP Act, 2023.
